this may be old news, but new to me.
california has a man, 37, in juvenile custody. it seems that he was convicted in juvenile court of a sexual assault and murder years ago, when he was indeed a juvenile. he should have been released at 25, but the state has kept him, reporting that he is too dangerous for release. if he is so dangerous, though, is it wise to keep him confined with children?
