how can this be enforced?

a Texas man who pleaded guilty in May to charges of sexual performance by a child and unauthorized videotaping of women is barred from owning a television, computer, cell phone, DVD player, camera, video recorder or other modern technological devices. The judge also make it a condition of probation that Peter Schmitz, who's 47 and unmarried, not have sex with any person other than a spouse.
