19-year-old James R. Boughton, from Chesapeake, was charged yesterday with the murder of one Mormon missionary and the malicious wounding of another.
this is a local story so it's been all over the place here. in case you missed it, it is believed that these two missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints may have been shot because they witnessed a crime, not because they were Mormon.
