an eight year old boy has apparently [allegedly] killed his father and another man, shooting them both. further, the police want to charge him as an adult.
whether he did it or not, i have a hard time believing that an eight year old has the mental capacity to understand the consequences of his actions. and if they find him guilty as an adult, where will he be incarcerated?
