Cooper Barton was asked to turn his T-shirt inside-out because it violated Oklahoma City Public Schools' dress code, KWTV reports. The boy was wearing a University of Michigan shirt.
the dress code was created as part of an anti-gang task initiative. the school board says they are going to review the policy. i personally doubt any changes will be made.
