a new VA policy prohibits material that “expressly” advocate for a candidate or issue within 40 feet of polling places. This includes T-shirts, buttons and stickers.
the way i see it as people should have their minds made up before hitting the polls.
i envision that these rules could then be stretched to ban other types of dress from voting places (i.e. baggy pants). see how trouble could ensue?
